Christopher Hall (Managing Director and Executive Vice President, The Americas)
Chris has more than 25 years experience in healthcare, insurance, agriculture, consulting and BPO with specific expertise in operations, strategy, work flow design, process re-engineering, transition management, team development and training, project management, regulatory compliance, call center, finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence.
He holds a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and management and has additional education in law, international business, human resource management, finance and accounting. During his career, Chris has held numerous senior executive positions and has also served as interim executive with numerous public and private organizations of varying sizes.
Shakeel Ansari (Vice President)
Shakeel has over 15 years of professional experience and has been in the BPO industry for over a decade. He has worked with Top BPOs like Trinity, IBM Daksh, Wipro BPO & Cognizant BPO. Operations and Project has been his “Forte”. He has played pivotal role in setting up new projects and growing the account in size and revenue.
He has managed large teams within Cognizant & IBM Daksh for US & UK clients. He is a strong follower of Six Sigma tools and has championed many GBs and BB projects across his career. He has a proven track record in Client Relationship & People Management.
